1 pink candle
Generous supply of treats appropriate for the pet you want
Vanilla oil, or pure vanilla extract (for friendship)

Inscribe the candle with a brief description of the type of pet you are looking for: breed or species, age, and gender. Anoint the candle with vanilla oil and chant three times:

“Truly see with spirit eyes
All that dwells beneath the skies
Help me separate from the rest
The special pet that suits me best.”

Place the candle back in its holder and light it. Surround the candle with the treats in the shape of a heart while repeating the chant again three times.
