Materializing your wants

Love, money, success and abundance are all fundamental wants that you are already empowered to bring into your life and keep there.
What you need to know is whatever is keeping you from these wants is also something you have brought into your life and are keeping there: tour own conflicting or negative beliefs.

Enter into complete meditation
with one concrete thing that you want
clearly on your mind. Concrete means:

Don’t just think of love,
think of one specific person
whose love you want to materialize.

Don’t just think of money,
think of one specific thing
you want to buy with all the extra money
you want to create for yourself.

Let nothing come between you and what you want
for five full minutes.
Feel with certainty
that the full intensity of your emotions,
your thoughts, and your psyche
are fully focused on your one want.
And feel that you already have it.
Visualize what you want on your inner screen
and see yourself enjoying it.
Use words to describe your pleasure with it.

Then, after five minutes,
Forget about this meditation completely.
And go on whatever comes up next.
Later in the day, reinforce your meditation
By performing one simple physical gesture
Just as you would do it
If you already had what you wanted.

If what you want is love,
For just one moment,
Smile at someone.
Or walk into a room
Looking just as alive and aglow as you would
if you had the lover you wanted.

If what you want is money,
Buy yourself an extra magazine or treat.
Or get a shirt that costs fifteen dollar more,
The next time you’re out shopping.
Just as if you had the money you wanted.

By choosing one specific want
In one specific area of your life at one time,
Seeing yourself having it in meditation,
Acting for a moment in reality
As if you do indeed have it,

Give up your preoccupation with whatever
went wrong in the past,
You will soon see how you can begin to have
Exactly what you want.
