Affirmation for “Clearing the Now”.

If you would like to experience
this one moment of your life
more clearly than ever before,
begin here with your eyes closed.
And begin now.

Open your eyes
and in a non-selective way
begin to see whatever is before you.
Explore your entire field of vision.

Begin to listen.
allow each sound you hear
to link up with an object
if you see it without moving.
If you can’t see it,
place each sound with its source
in your mind.
Maintain the complete focus of your eyes and ears.

Then,
suddenly,
close your eyes
and let it all go.

Follow any one sensation if you like.
The ticking of a clock.
The cool air around you.
And allow it to take you where it will.
Loose yourself and drift in it.

Then,
just as suddenly,
open your eyes.

And you will be clearly centered
right now
in your own being.
